OWNERSHIP STRUCTURE OF THE ROGOZARSKI FACTORY

The existence of the Rogozarski factory was marked by the changes in the ownership structure. In the two decades of its existence , the factory was in the ownership of the Rogozarski family, from the second half of the thirties it was in the ownership of a group of shareholders. During the Second World War it was under the control of the occupation authorities and finally it became state owned. All of these changes in the ownership stucture were conditioned by the general, social, economic and political events. The Global Economic Crisis, outbreak of the Second World War, the German occupation of Yugoslavia, the end of the war and the new revolutionary authority directy affected the change in the ownership structure of the Rogozarski factory.
